Returns and Refund Policy

Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from return, including:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
  • Intimate or sanitary products.
  • Hazardous materials or items containing flammable liquids or gases.
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Health and personal care items.
  • Sealed trading card packs, boxes, and tins.

To process a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Note: Please do not return the product directly to the manufacturer, as this will prevent us from assisting you.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as it may take additional time for your refund to post officially.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as there may be processing delays (typically 3–7 days) before a refund appears.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. To process an exchange, you must provide documented evidence of the damage. This includes a video of the initial inspection of the damaged shipping container and the unpacking process. Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, we will mail you a gift certificate.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver, who will be informed of the return.

Shipping Returns

To initiate a return, please log into your account and follow the return process.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item, and shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
