Fair Trading Practices: All buying, selling, or trading of goods or services within the Top Market Club community must be conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Scams, fraudulent behavior, or dishonest trading practices will not be tolerated.
Avoiding Conflicts of Interest: Members should avoid any situations that create a conflict of interest or may appear to compromise their impartiality.

3. Legal and Ethical Conduct

Compliance with Laws: Members must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, privacy laws, and e-commerce regulations.
No Illegal Activity: Any illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or trafficking in counterfeit goods, are strictly forbidden. Members who engage in such activities will face immediate expulsion from the club and may face legal consequences.
No Offensive Content: Any material that is obscene, defamatory, destructive, abusive, or promotes hatred, violence, or illegal activities is not permitted.
