- Automatic Renewal: All subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method for the renewal.
- Product Availability: Subscriptions are subject to product availability. In case a product is out of stock, we will notify you and either offer a substitute item or skip that delivery cycle.
3. Payment and Billing
- Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout. You must provide valid payment details to start a subscription.

5. Cancellation Policy
- Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next period. No cancellations will be processed retroactively.
- Effective Date: Cancellation requests must be made before the billing date to avoid charges for the next subscription cycle. Once a subscription is canceled, you will continue to receive products and services until the end of the current billing cycle, after which the subscription will terminate.
- Non-Refundable Charges: Subscription charges are non-refundable, and no prorated refunds are provided if you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle. If you cancel after a payment has been processed, you will still receive the products for the paid billing cycle.

- Non-Returnable Subscription Items: Subscription products, such as collectibles, graded card slabs, and other exclusive items, are not eligible for returns unless damaged or defective. If a subscription item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with supporting documentation to arrange a replacement.

7. Pricing and Changes

8. Subscription Pauses
- Pause Requests: You may temporarily pause your subscription by contacting customer support or by pausing from your dashboard. During a pause, you will not be charged, and no products will be shipped. Paused subscriptions can be resumed at any time from your account settings.
- Resume Subscriptions: When you resume a paused subscription, billing and deliveries will continue as normal in the next scheduled cycle.
9. Gift Subscriptions
- Gifting Subscriptions: You may purchase a subscription as a gift for someone else. Gift subscriptions are subject to the same terms and conditions as regular subscriptions. Gift recipients will receive the products or services without being charged.
